Terms of sale
These general conditions of sale have by object, distance sales (via Internet and by telephone) of Beautie Milano products owned by Hoculus srl, via B. Telesio 12 Milan (MI) 20145 VAT number 10781740963. Internet sales are governed by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70.
How to order
Orders can be placed by connecting to the Internet site www.b eautiemilano.com or by telephone at no. 3342483026. The order will be considered as confirmed upon receipt of the notification of the purchase details via SMS or e-mail.
Sending the order implies acceptance of these conditions general sales.
Product prices - product availability - Delivery costs
All product prices are indicated on the website and in the catalog and are inclusive of VAT. Any changes to the VAT rates or other sales taxes, occurring at the printing of the catalog, will give rise to the relative adjustment. The prices are valid for Italy.
In case of temporary unavailability of an ordered product, it will be our responsibility to partially send the order or to replace the unavailable product.
The prices indicated are those that the customer must actually pay.
In the event of an error of any other nature that could lead to a change in the retail price not foreseen by the Seller, which makes it exorbitant or clearly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled. The amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 14 days from the day of cancellation, upon notice to the customer.
For those who request it, an invoice will be issued as long as a request is made at the time of the order, with the indication of the customer's VAT number.
Payments
The Customer can choose between the following payment methods
- cash on delivery: means that you will pay in cash upon delivery of the goods; in this case, a collection fee is due for each order to the extent that will be defined in the order itself.

- with the ApplePay system

The ordered goods is delivered directly to the address indicated by the customer, on the ground floor.
Delivery usually takes place within 4 working days from receipt of the order; in any case, the goods will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order.
The goods travel at the risk of Hoculus srl. The risk will be transferred to the customer upon delivery of the goods by the carrier appointed by Hoculus srl for the shipment.
Warranty
Beautie Milano guarantees its products in accordance with art. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code and is liable for lack of conformity of the products within two years of delivery
Withdrawal
In any case, customers can exercise their withdrawal by sending an email to info @ beautiemilano . com by returning the goods at their expense within 14 days by simple ordinary postal parcel with an average cost of 10 Euros. The Customer can also make a partial withdrawal of the order.
“Beautie Milano will refund, within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof of their shipment, the amount of the order including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs deriving from the customer's choice) but reserves the right to suspend payment until the goods are received or the customer demonstrates their shipment.
